Solid Design

Our Process

At Solid Design, every project is unique. In the history of our business, we’ve established an effective, productive, and straightforward production process that allows us to successfully manage projects, regardless of size or scale.

We believe that production processes should not be designed in a haphazard way, but developed in accordance with business requirements, restrictions, and goals.

Proven Methods. Processes that work.

The Solid Design process is a tested and reliable 6-step process that ensures each and every partnership we enter into is highly effective, impactful, and right for your business.

6-STEP PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY

When you first reach out to Solid Design, you will connect with your service area’s sales representative. Our number one goal during discovery is to listen to you and get to know enough about your business to begin forming strategic recommendations.

2. SITE VISIT

Site visits are an integral part of our process. We use site visits to help demystify your businesses processes. Site visits help our sales representatives further understand the specifics and nuances of your business firsthand.

3. RESEARCH, EVALUATION, AND DATA COLLECTION

After getting to know you and your business, we dive into the research and evaluation phase. Solid Design works directly with our principle partners to identify the proper solutions for your business.

4. SOLUTIONS PLANNING

Once we have identified the proper solutions, our teams will work together to ensure each piece of your production system has been reviewed and approved to fit your business needs.

5. ENGINEERING

Following full approval of the proposed solutions, we will set our sights on engineering. Solid Design will work directly will all parties to ensure equipment is engineered to meet the specs and nuances of your business.

6. LAUNCH, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND FINAL SITE VISIT

Finally, we will work with your team to ensure a flawless launch. This includes troubleshooting any areas of concern prior to full launch. Oftentimes, this step will include a final site visit to ensure full team confidence in our launch.
